Stakeholder Management: Facilitate key design workshops, aligning priorities across business units, product owners, and IT infrastructure teams. Agile Delivery Support: Drive end-to-end solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies, and quality assurance within iterative development frameworks. Process Optimization: Conduct detailed process gap analysis to streamline operations across regional, multi-location platform implementations. skills and experience required. Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector. Core Domain Expertise: Deep structural knowledge in at least one key domain: Wealth Management, Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments, Capital Markets, or Digital Banking . Banking Platform Domain: Direct exposure to tier-1 core banking and investment platforms, with specific experience in Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, or FinIQ highly preferred. Methodologies: Hands-on proficiency navigating Scrum, Agile, or iterative software development life cycle (SDLC) models. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills; a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work independently in fast-paced environments.
