Senior Mechanical Engineer - - LCYL

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in ACMV works with strong site management experience.
• Experience in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, including ducting, chilled water, ventilation, and BMS systems.
• Experience in project planning, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Job scopes
• Oversee and manage ACMV installation works, including ducting, piping, and equipment.
• Prepare and manage material requisitions according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades on site activities.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and site productivity.
• Interpret and review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Resolve site issues and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

Senior Mechanical Engineer Office: Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT Project Site: Tuas areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office) Salary: $4500 to $6000 Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)
