Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the end-to-end Operator and/or Partner integration process for assigned Operator's/Partner's accounts.
- Be the main delivery and end-to-end point of contact for assigned Integration work tasks, internal stakeholder coordination and handovers.
- Responsible for managing and following through assigned end-to-end integration work tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance to maximize company revenue targets and ROI.
- Maintain the highest level of responsiveness and communication with all relevant external and internal stakeholders during the entire integration and quality assurance process.
- Drive, implement, and maintain a customer-centric and quality assurance mindset.
- Proactively provide feedback and suggestions on workflow optimization for continuous improvement of customer and partner onboarding and internal delivery processes, with the objective of minimizing time-to-market (TTM) and maximizing time to commercialization while maintaining high quality.
- Take an active part in evolving and establishing methods and ways of working, ensuring integration and quality assurance are driven from an operational excellence perspective.
- Proactively coordinate assigned integration tasks with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure a well-managed, planned, and timely executed integration project, quality assurance, and handover.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities where relevant and report these to the Commercial function.
Requirements
- Strong coordinator who manages end-to-end partner/operator integrations.
- Clear communicator and main point of contact for internal teams and partners.
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven, ensuring integrations are delivered on time.
- Proactive in optimizing processes and reducing time-to-market.
- Experience with API or platform integrations.
- Background in SaaS, iGaming, fintech, or tech partnerships.
- Familiarity with Agile or project management tools.
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities with partners.
- The benchmark for this role is up to €33,000 gross per year .
