About the role

You will serve as a Management Assistant for Engineering Technical Services Division of NV AIR TECHNICAL DATA AND ENGRG SVC. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below. *** Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using Defense Travel System (DTS) in a DTS Clerk or Non-DTS Entry Agent; Knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations and Foreign Travel Clearance Guide; Knowledge of the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center (NATEC) organization; Skills in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Management Information Systems (MIS; Skills in cost and data analysis.
