Associate Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Running Collation Machine (80%)
• Trouble shooting minor machine issues (bowl jams, decoil product) (10%)
• Packaging product and Housekeeping (10%)
• DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Able to be on time and perform SOP (standard Operators Procedures)
• Be able to be on your feet for 10 hour days
• Be capable of troubleshooting minor issues with production
• Be able to do your quality checks
• Be a team player
• Be able to follow instructions
• Be able to multi-task

• Regularly work around moving mechanical parts. The noise level is loud. The job may risk exposure to dust, heat and/or cold, wet or humid conditions.

• WORK STATUS & LOCATION
• This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Gallatin, TN.
• RELOCATION
• Relocation is not available for this position.
• PAY
• $20.00 - $24.66 / hour

This position reports directly to the Department Manager and is supported by the department's Team Lead(s). This position works a Monday - Thursday shift - 3:00 pm to 2:30 am. with overtime as needed.
