Morning Care Assistants

Responsibilities

• Help clients get ready for the day (washing, dressing, breakfast, medication)
• Offer companionship and reassurance
• Support safe, happy mornings and meaningful connections

• A kind and compassionate nature - no experience needed
• Reliable and confident working independently
• Access to your own transport (most visits are in rural areas)
• Availability for some morning shifts any day of the week

• £13.00 weekdays (£13.50 specialised)
• £13.50 weekends (£14.00 specialised)
• paid travel time + 45p per mile
• 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)
• Full ongoing paid training and Care Certificate qualification
