Woodruff Arts Center employees play an integral role in creating and supporting great art and education initiatives at the nation's third largest arts center. Comprised of three Art Partners-Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and High Museum of Art-there's a role for everyone at The Woodruff. Reports to: Manager FLSA: United States of America (Non-Exempt) Employment Status : Temporary/Part time The Event Runner assists in fulfilling the needs of running errands on a show/event day under the direction of Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE's Event Manager or a member of the Artist's Touring Party that may include: Work directly with the venue and touring party to retrieve and deliver items from local stores, restaurants, airports, hotels, laundry facilities, etc. Providing first-class transportation service for an Artist's touring party in a company vehicle Assist in ordering meals and after-show food Maintain show cash and receipts throughout the day Assisting with miscellaneous projects as directed by Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE's Event Manager or a member of the Artist's Touring Party Maintain a professional and personable attitude with the venue and touring personnel Assist touring and venue personnel in setting up production and dressing rooms with hospitality
