Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Client Service Supervisor. If you are successful in your application to the Client Service Supervisor Custody role, you will ensure that the firm's clients receive accurate and timely data and serves as a point of escalation for complex client issues. Your custody knowledge, as well as analytical skills will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driven to produce responses across all segments. To be successful, you will need to be highly communicative and detail oriented, to think on your feet, to be able to juggle several duties, as well as to troubleshoot with decorum. On this position you will be responsible for: Client Servicing and Inquiry Response: Field and respond to client inquiries and escalated issues and serve as the point person for senior level client contacts. Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables. Exhibit a sound understanding of BBH products and services. Work closely with internal clients in Operations and Treasury and Markets to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and improvement of service levels. Serve as a key point of contact for external clients regarding daily servicing inquiries. Develop key internal relationships to proactively aid in the resolution of client issues.
