Managing or directing digital programs, portfolios, or mission-support systems, including cross-functional and cross-organizational coordination, e.g., coordinating or overseeing digital services, platforms, or systems and aligning stakeholders to support program execution. Developing strategic plans or long-term initiatives, e.g., setting priorities or defining objectives to guide organizational or digital service improvements.
