Meaningful external stakeholder experiences play a critical role in connecting philanthropy to mission, deepening relationships, and advancing impact. The Tour and Experiences Program Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of tours, unique donors experiences, and engagement opportunities that showcase how community's involvement in Children's advancing the mission. This role sets the standards, best practices and operating procedures for inviting and hosting external stakeholders, primarily prospective and current volunteers, benefactors and advocates for tour and unique experiences. This teammate will lead the logistics for tours and unique donor experiences, supports in-kind giving donor experience, and manages projects and cross-functional work groups that enhance donor connection across the system. This role partners closely with philanthropy, program, and operational teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that align with engagement strategies and health system priorities. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (nonprofit management, communications, hospitality, business, healthcare, or related) required or relevant experience. 5+ years Experience in operations, project management, or related field required. Professional experience in patient care delivery preferred. Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment preferred. Experience designing or supporting high-touch donor, customer or patient experiences preferred. Experience coordinating events, tours, or complex logistics preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and functions. Customer-service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. Proficiency with standard office tools and donor/CRM systems.
