Responsibilities
- Shape Strategy at the Top: Present complex insights to SharkNinja executives, including the CEO, CCO, and EVPs, using expert storytelling to influence product development and marketing strategies.
- Be the Consumer Advocate: Identify unmet needs, observe the non-obvious, and guide early-stage product development to create groundbreaking innovations.
- Drive Innovation: Translate consumer feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into actionable recommendations that transform product features and offerings.
- Lead with Expertise: Operate autonomously as a Subject Matter Expert in consumer insights, synthesizing complex data into a clear, strategic narrative.
- Own Research Execution: Develop, manage, and execute research plans, ensuring they align with budgets and organizational goals.

Requirements
- Required: Willingness to be in-office 3 days a week to foster collaboration and impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant quantitative field.
- 5-10 years of consumer research experience, with CPG industry experience preferred.
- Expertise in methodologies such as Concept Testing, TURF, Pricing Sensitivity Studies, and Packaging Tests.
- Proven ability to moderate focus groups and conduct one-on-one interviews.
- Experience with IHUTs and online/in-store shelf assessments.
