TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview As a Senior Product Manager, you sit at the center of the organization, orchestrating collaboration across product strategy, consulting, engineering, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations-both locally and internationally. You are accountable for owning and driving the full product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery and continuous optimization. This role reports into the Director, Business Development. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities Define and own product vision, roadmap, priorities, and investment decisions aligned with business goals and market needs. Engage directly with clients to capture Voice of Customer (VoC), analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, and translate insights into differentiated product capabilities. Work with engineering and data teams to define epics, features, and requirements, applying design thinking and user-centric principles to deliver scalable, high-quality products. Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term product and platform evolution. Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, while enabling sales and customer teams through training, messaging, and supporting materials. Track product performance and drive continuous improvement, optimizing solutions for client outcomes, operational efficiency, and profitability. Lead product lifecycle decisions, including enhancements, scaling, and retirement of products and capabilities. Improve product governance, prioritization, and decision-making processes while coordinating across IT, operations, legal, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
