Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, and Lifecycle Events .
  • Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management , HR Services, Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop server-side and client-side components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer .
  • Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards .
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations .
  • Support CMDB , Discovery awareness, and ensure data integrity across ITSM processes.
  • Participate in the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and L2/L3 production support .
  • Manage platform activities such as upgrades, cloning, update sets , and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation .
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD implementations .
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub .
  • Experience customizing Service Portal and/or Employee Center .
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows .
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to independently own modules and deliver end-to-end solutions .
  • Certifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
  • CIS - ITSM and/or HRSD - Preferred
  • Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - Platform Core .
  • Experience: 5-8 Years .
  • The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
