About the role

Job Summary Develop and execute account strategies for assigned Industrial & IoT customers. Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities aligned with customer roadmaps and business priorities. Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through strong ownership, clear communication, and consistent execution. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience. Several years of B2B sales experience in account management, solution sales, or strategic customer development. Proven ability to develop customer relationships and create, qualify, and advance new business opportunities. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively across internal functions and influence stakeholders to move opportunities forward. Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage sales activities against defined targets and KPIs. AI tool literacy, with willingness to actively leverage AI tools to improve business efficiency and productivity. Motivation to explore and propose effective ways of using AI tools in daily sales activities and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred. Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, factory automation, industrial equipment, power, or control-related industries is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.
