Responsibilities
- Support the execution of fulfillment strategies for assigned strategic accounts.
- Monitor backorders, inventory availability, allocations, supply constraints, and replenishment requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve customer service and inventory KPIs.
- Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment activities, deallocations, and recovery plans to support customer fulfillment.

- Analyze fulfillment issues, inventory shortages, supplier delays, and service gaps to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Support customer programs, promotions, new customer onboarding, seasonal demand planning, and strategic supply chain initiatives.
- Effectively communicate priorities, project updates, and status reports with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain , Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, fulfillment, purchasing , or customer service.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, reports, charts, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP, replenishment, forecasting, or BI tools; Slim4, Power BI, and AS400 are assets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and support cross-functional teams.
- APICS, SCMP, CSCMP, or related designation is an asset.
