Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication plans that support transformation initiatives, business priorities, and organizational programs.

  • Create structured navigation, topic-based content sections, and user-friendly layouts for internal communication platforms.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent across email, internal sites, collaboration tools, employee engagement platforms, and other enterprise communication channels.
  • Provide communications guidance to project teams on how to effectively socialize initiatives and increase awareness.
  • Use modern productivity, collaboration, and AI-enabled tools to streamline content creation, reporting, and communication workflows.
  • Continuously improve communication processes, templates, rhythms, and overall execution quality.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, program management, executive communications, marketing communications, internal communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience creating executive-level communications, leadership materials, business updates, presentations, and stakeholder-facing content.
  • 10+ years of experience managing programs, workstreams, communication plans, content calendars, stakeholder inputs, timelines, and deliverables.

In This Role In this role, you will support a fast-moving enterprise cloud supply chain and procurement organization by leading end-to-end communications, content development, and execution for key business initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, senior leaders, program teams, and subject matter experts to create clear, engaging, executive-ready communications that drive alignment, support business rhythms, and improve organizational clarity during periods of transformation and change.
