Job Summary: Basic Salary: $3500 - $4800 Working hours: Mon - Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30am Working Location: Depot Road AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment Job Responsibilities: - Support the planning and implementation of organisational development (OD) initiatives aligned with organisational goals and values. - Coordinate programmes and activities that promote employee engagement, culture building, and organisational effectiveness. - Assist in change management initiatives, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support. - Organise workshops, engagement sessions, leadership programmes, and team-building activities. - Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, vendor management, and follow-up actions. - Prepare reports, track project progress, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop and maintain communication materials, toolkits, and learning resources. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR, Communications, and external partners to ensure successful programme delivery. - Support onboarding, employer branding, staff engagement events, and organisational development projects.
