Position Summary The Virtual Metrology Engineer is responsible for utilizing Virtual Metrology data coupled with other factory data to perform real‑time analysis to identify best manufacturing paths combination to reduce yield variabilities. The role combines data science, metrology expertise, yield analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact solutions for manufacturing productivity and quality. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Develop and optimize new Virtual Metrology recipes for Feed-Forward and Feedback APC's (Advanced Process Control). Using big data to identify best combo manufacturing paths to reduce yield variabilities. Derive new indices for dynamic and optimal run paths control. Expert in Data Analysis (Statistics, Design of Experiments - DOE) Knowledge of Metrology measurement techniques (THK, CON, OCD, CD, VM, IM).
