Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities

• Experiences in diverse Logistics / Block Chain financial operations, overseeing end-to-end block chain processes,and ensuring vendor smooth disbursement and settlement.
• Handled financial documentsaccounts payable, receivable, Financial Reports plus payroll
• Proficient in handling various aspects of Accounts Payable, supplier invoices, invoicing,bank brokerage, issuing cheques and executing daily Account Payable operations. Encoding accounting entries for dataprocessing.
• Accounts Receivable functions, including efficient preparing Sale Invoices, DN and CN
• daily receipting, and ensuring timely delivery of statements of account (SOA),
• Closely monitoring invoice and fund transactions to maintain seamless operations
• Handled Bank cash flow and managing bank day-to-day finalising bank reconciliations.
• Encoding monthly accounting JV entries for data processing.
• Handling accruals andprepayments and managing monthly budgeting tasks.
• Help in preparing financial reports and correcting faultyreporting methods.
• Help in Overseas Brach accounting report and payment.

Additional Information

Experience: 2-3 years in Accounting- Shipping and Logistics/Freight Qualifications: O level FinanceCert or Diploma in Accounting Languages: Read/write/spoken: EnglishChinese, or Malay Salary - $3,000 to $3,500,Neg.
