Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Muck Rack's organic growth strategy, including SEO, GEO and website performance
- Lead SEO & GEO including on-page optimization, technical SEO, site architecture and generative engine optimization

- Build and lead a high-performing team over time as the function scales

- 7-10+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital strategy roles, ideally in SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and driving meaningful business outcomes
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and website optimization
- Strong understanding of how websites function as growth products (UX, CRO, information architecture)
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Content teams
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into insights and action
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing tools
- Familiarity with modern SEO & GEO tooling (e.g., GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Profound, AirOps etc.)
- Proactively incorporate AI tools into day to day work to improve productively and accelerate delivery
