Responsibilities
- Billing & Costing
- Prepare, verify, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time for logistics and transportation services.
- Monitor and reconcile billing data to ensure alignment with shipment records, service contracts, and agreed pricing.
- Upload billing summaries and supporting documents to the Finance shared drive.
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.

- Ensure billing documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
- Reporting & Reconciliation
- Support month-end closing activities, including the preparation of revenue and cost reports.
- Perform month-end reconciliation to ensure the completeness and accuracy of revenue recorded in the financial system.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses related to billing and revenue.
- Support internal and external audits by providing billing documentation and explanations as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and established billing procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in billing, finance, logistics administration, or a similar role, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Good understanding of billing processes, invoicing, revenue recognition, and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Responsible, organized, and committed to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
