What Skills Do I Need? 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ year managing or tech-leading a team of engineers Hands-on experience building and shipping production SaaS products with modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, MongoDB/Postgres) A track record of delivering technical projects end-to-end - scoping, executing, and shipping clean, well-tested code in distributed systems Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, give meaningful feedback, and create growth opportunities Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and customer-facing teams to ship customer-impacting features
