Additionally, it coordinates all other reports for the facilities on the state and federal levels. Certification in Microsoft Office 365 and a strong Excel Knowledge is necessary. The position ensures statutory, standard, and internal procedural compliance within facility operations through data monitoring and documentary auditing. It also facilitates and coordinates process improvements in response to non-compliance findings or procedural revisions. Supervisor the Compliance Program Manager I in Kearney and indirectly supervise the Compliance Specialists at each facility. Additional Duties as Assigned . This is an In-Office Position. Driving is required at times. Wage is $30.500 Additional Job Description Requirements/Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social/behavioral sciences, education, health sciences, public health, education, law or related field and one year experience in program planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, evaluating, marketing a program or service and supervising/managing staff. Related coursework, training and/or education may substitute for the Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience or experience in program oversight. Certified in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and familiar with navigating data entry, collection, and analysis. Detail-oriented with a strong ability in report writing and proofreading. Possesses strong communication skills and navigates high-priority requests from internal entities and external stakeholders.
