POWER PLANT MANAGER (BASED IN BATAM) - Up to SGD$10K + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimal plant performance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily power plant operations to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and improve operational procedures, systems, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and company standards.
• Optimise plant asset performance, maintenance planning, and reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimise downtime.
• Manage budgets, resources, and manpower effectively.
• Lead, coach, and develop the power plant team to drive operational excellence.
• Requirement:
• Degree in Engineering or related
• At least 7 years of experience in Power Plant operations
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in Power Plant 0perations.
• Experience with Wärtsilä engine power plant
• Ok to be based in Batam
