Who we need Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary, we are hiring a Legal Counsel to join our global Legal team. As our new Legal Counsel, you will play a key part in supporting Altus Group's public company obligations, strategic transactions, and long-term growth initiatives. Working closely with Finance, Corporate Development, senior leadership, and external advisors, you will provide legal support on matters that directly influence the company's strategy, growth, and market presence. You will contribute to acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, public company disclosure obligations, corporate governance initiatives, and treasury-related matters. This is an existing remote first role based out of Toronto or Montreal. Occasional in-person attendance may be required for team meetings and key business activities.
