About the role

As a People Services Advisor, you will help drive our goals by: Act as the tier 1 support for HR transactional and advisory queries, providing guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs in line with statutory requirements. Maintain and manage employee records, including attendance, leave, and other personnel data. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies. Support HR projects and initiatives as required, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement. Note: This is a 6-month contract role to provide maternity leave cover, ensuring continuity of HR operations and service delivery across the region. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role : Proven experience in HR operations and advisory roles Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR practices Familiarity with local employment laws, Employee Relations (ER) and statutory requirements Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and currently based in Malaysia Even if you only match some of the skills, we'd love to hear from you to discuss further!
