Leading Hairstylist

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client consultations to deliver precision haircuts, perms, hair straightening, customized hair coloring, highlights, and scalp treatments
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute advertising campaigns in magazines and social media platforms
• Manage models' hair treatments and styling for fashion shows, seminars, photography sessions, and advertorial projects
• Lead and train interns and apprentices to develop their hairstyling skills and salon professionalism
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient salon operations and exceptional client service
• Required competencies and certifications
• Diploma, Master Diploma, or equivalent certification in Hairdressing
• Minimum 5 years of professional hairstyling experience
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Experience collaborating on marketing and advertising projects
• Skills in managing and training junior staff or apprentices

• Salary & Benefits
• Monthly income range: SGD 2,500 to SGD 8,000
• Annual leave: 24 days
• Annual medical leave: 14 days
• Summer and year-end breaks
• First-year free monthly advertising and marketing support valued at approximately SGD 10,000 per annum
• Relocation assistance including home searching and advisory services
