Responsibilities

- Provide coaching and feedback to support team member growth and performance

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Assist with audits, process improvements, and implementation of new practices
- Act as a point of contact for staff, providers, and internal partners during night shift operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Two (2) years of clinical experience required
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Michigan
- 1 year of NICU RN experience
- Previous leadership experience (formal or informal)
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Advanced nursing certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and support a team-focused environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-shift hours
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic data tracking
