Operations Assistant (marine)

Responsibilities

• Read, respond to, record, and follow up on job orders received via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Department.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates on operational activities.

Requirements

• Preferably with experience in the marine or maritime industry.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Minimum GCE "O" Level, Maritime Studies, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Responsible, committed, and able to work well independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work on a 1 Day On / 1 Day Off shift schedule.
