JOB DESCRIPTION Manage own portfolio, including international key accounts, in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and brokers to prepare bespoke solutions, accurate pricing and quotations. Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients. Identify sales opportunities to grow existing relationships (saturation) Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions. Organize price sheets, signed contract documents for seamless implementation of policies Build strong commercial relationships with brokers to ensure their consistent engagement Actively participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives Work closely with the back office team dedicated to international key accounts ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: You have a minimum 5 years of proven experience in a client-facing roles within the financial service industry. Ideally in credit insurance or factoring. You are an assertive, result driven team player. You have excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with decision-makers; You have fluent in Dutch and English or French Master's degree in finance, business administration or economics is preferred
