• Job Responsibilities
• We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious intern to join our Governance & Experience team. This internship is designed to give you broad exposure to how we govern the TikTok Shop platform and protect the user experience across a fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce business.
• Support the design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements
• Conduct research or benchmarking to inform team decisions
• Analyse platform data or feedback to identify trends, risks, or opportunities
• Help document workflows, write summaries, or prepare project materials
• Collaborate with colleagues across product, operations, risk, and policy teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree, available to start internship immediately, for at least 3 months;
• Strong interest in digital platforms, user experience, or trust & safety;
• Analytical mindset - able to work with data and draw insights;
• Clear communicator - able to summarise findings and collaborate effectively;
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with E-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management, with a certain level of business sensitivity and risk awareness is preferred;
• Previous experience in project management, e-commerce safety and quality analysis is preferred.
