Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to walk, stand, and patrol the site for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with access control systems, security cameras, and alarm systems.
- CPR, First Aid, or emergency response training (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Experience writing incident reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential security or safety concerns proactively.
