Requirements

  • Proven background in handling suppliers throughout the entire process, securing delivery, performance, resilience, and value.
  • Anticipates supplier risks and acts early to protect service and customer outcomes.
  • Manages supplier performance and sustained improvement processes.
  • Commercial and Contract Oversight
  • Experience managing contracts and providing support for negotiations during all phases of the lifecycle.

  • Leadership, People and Performance Management
  • Leads a small team (typically 2 to 5 colleagues), setting clear direction, priorities, and expectations.

  • Provides regular, clear, and constructive feedback to improve capability and results.
