Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for panelists and respondents by managing and responding to inquiries through the Zendesk platform
- Provide guidance and support to panel participants, including assistance with survey participation, technical issues, and general inquiries related to market research studies
- Maintain and update panelist information in the Atlas panel management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Monitor and escalate operational or technical issues that may impact the quality or continuity of research activities
- Communicate effectively with both panelists and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of customer service
- Collaborate closely with Project Management and Client Solutions teams across markets to support and optimize panel-related activities
- Manage and process personal data deletion requests in compliance with data protection regulations, coordinating with relevant internal teams
- Oversee the progress and quality of fieldwork activities, proactively taking corrective actions where necessary (e.g. quota adjustments, timeline alignment, requirement updates)
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Support additional operational tasks and projects as required, based on team and organizational needs

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
