About the role
As a Support Coordinator, you will work with participants to implement their NDIS plans and coordinate services that support their recovery and wellbeing. You will collaborate with participants, families, carers, service providers and other stakeholders to help individuals achieve their goals. Recovery Coaches support participants with psychosocial disabilities in their recovery while coordinating supports in line with their NDIS plan and individual goals. The role focuses on helping participants build connections, develop relationships and strengthen support networks so they can gradually take greater responsibility for their recovery.
