LSH Auto is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our high-performance team at our leading Mercedes Benz dealership in Birmingham. You will play a critical role in ensuring our luxury vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, combining your technical skills with a commitment to customer service excellence. Welcome Bonus: £2000 Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £30,700 including OTE bonus £45,000 Key Responsibilities: Undertake comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and repair of Mercedes Benz vehicles in line with manufacturer standards. Diagnose vehicle performance issues and execute necessary repairs. Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables, maintaining clear records of usage. Ensure your workspace is clean, organized, and hazard-free. Provide detailed reports on vehicle conditions and future service needs. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance. At least 2 years of experience in automotive maintenance and repair. Exceptional customer service skills. Full UK driving licence (required).
