IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• IT Support (~70%)
• Provide first-line technical support through our ticketing system, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and applications..
• Manage user accounts and permissions across systems and tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, including device setup and decommissioning.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT accounts and hardware.
• Sales Administration (~30%)
• Process ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., deal splits, updates, supplier forms).
• Monitor and triage incoming CRM or administrative requests, assigning them as needed.
• Review and adjust closed deals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Act as a key liaison between Sales, Onboarding and Finance to streamline system processes.
• What you bring:
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills - approachable, patient, and collaborative.
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficient in English for work purposes
