Responsibilities
- Support business development activities in the aftermarket and non-key account segment by identifying and nurturing opportunities from various sources, including calls, emails, installed base activities, and marketing-generated leads.

- Use SFDC effectively to manage the business funnel, maintain customer and opportunity data, and support reporting and analytics.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments to identify potential areas for business expansion and customer engagement.
- Drive daily management and visual management rhythms around funnel, bookings, shipments, and other relevant operational metrics.
- Maintain and manage the opportunity funnel in SFDC for the assigned territory.

- Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience in water quality monitoring applications, especially related to industrial process monitoring, laboratory analysis, environmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance monitoring instruments.
- Familiarity with parameters and applications related to wastewater, drinking water, process water, environmental regulations, and industrial compliance monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in water quality monitoring instruments, reagents, and spares business development, customer engagement, telesales, inside sales support, aftermarket coordination, or related commercial support roles.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills, especially through telephone and email interactions.
