Responsibilities
- Digital Programmes and Management Reporting
- Lead and manage digital programme initiatives (planning, rollout, optimisation)
- Oversee IT-enabled solutions to support youth programmes and operations
- Develop and track programme KPIs and performance dashboards
- Prepare and consolidate EXCO and Board of Trustees (BOT) reports

- Mentoring & Participant Engagement
- Manage Corporate Mentoring Programme such as Match mentors and mentees and Monitor progress and engagement
- Oversee Mentor Me initiative such as coordinating mentoring sessions and activities
- Support Career Advancement Series (CAS) delivery
- Maintain relationships with corporate partners and Volunteer mentors
- Track participant development and maintain mentoring records
- Gather feedback and improve programme effectiveness
- Provide administrative and operational support for mentoring initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline relevant fields such as Business, Social Sciences, or Information Systems with 1-2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or administration
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and prompt resolution of operational issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an added advantage
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required
- Approved Over-time hours will be compensated with time off or off-in lieu in accordance with internal policy
