About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Department with the 319th Force Support Squadron located on Grand Forks AFB, ND. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Possess functional knowledge with different graphic programs such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Must have clerical experience in which the employee demonstrated the ability to perform at the grade level of the position, which may require receiving and compiling information and data, the correct use of English grammar and spelling. Must have general knowledge of typical office and printing equipment. Must familiar with the operation of digital cameras. Must have ability to read, write, and speak English. Requires satisfactory completion of a NAC. Must possess a valid driver's license. Knowledge of marketing techniques such as focus groups, comment cards, and interviews.
