Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• -Final inspection of semi-finished products and finished goods from production.
• -Reporting all identified non-conformities to the Quality Engineer.
• -Active participation in internal quality meetings.
• -Engagement in the development and optimization of the quality area and quality processes.
• -Performing VT (Visual Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle Testing) in accordance with held certifications and authorizations.
• -Performing dimensional measurements using a FARO measuring arm and CMM machines, as well as preparing measurement reports and inspection records.
• Qualifications / Requirements
• -Very good knowledge of technical drawings.
• -Very good knowledge of measuring instruments,
• -Experience with FARO measuring systems / FARO measuring arm.
• -Technical education (secondary or higher).
• -Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• -particularly experience in operating CMM machines.
• -Valid certifications/qualifications to perform VT (Visual Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing) and MT (Magnetic Particle Testing).

Additional Information

Ownership and key responsibilities: -End‑to‑end ownership of incoming, in‑process and final quality inspections, including First Article Inspection, dimensional measurements (CMM, FARO) and non‑destructive testing (VT, PT, MT). -Ownership of identification, documentation and escalation of non‑conformities, including support of corrective actions and supplier complaint management. -Responsibility for measurement equipment control, calibration status and accuracy of quality records, reports and inspection documentation. -Active contribution to continuous improvement, internal quality meetings (QRQC) and quality support during new project launches and production transfers.
