About the Position: Serves as a U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Social Services Assistant in clinics or units providing assistance for the Family Advocacy Program. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes: recommending treatment plans and providing case management services; assisting social workers in the assessment and follow-up on cases of suspected or documented child maltreatment and neglect and domestic abuse; maintaining appropriate case records according to standards of professional practice.
