Requirements

• Strategic Leadership and Solution Development: Ability to lead the regional evolution and scaling of Advanced TV & Video solutions, independently driving initiatives with a strategic and product-oriented mindset.
• Technical and Programmatic Expertise: Experience in developing advanced programmatic and CTV strategies, as well as guiding teams on optimal bidding practices, optimization, audience strategy, and measurement.
• Collaboration and Influence Skills: Strong communication to lead regional cross-functional initiatives, influence teams without direct authority, and partner with vendors to unlock innovation opportunities.
