In this position, you will investigate and resolve professional liability claims involving architects, engineers, attorneys, healthcare providers, and other licensed professionals. The work emphasizes policy interpretation, liability analysis, evaluation of professional standards of care, and negotiated resolution. Although this is a claims adjuster role, we intentionally seek candidates with a Juris Doctor because legal training aligns well with the complexity and judgment necessary to succeed.
