Collateral Design & Content Creation Design visually compelling collateral, including brochures, posters, and social media content, to support our outreach and communication efforts. Create targeted recruitment content specifically designed to attract students who require tailored assistance to join our initiatives. 2. Digital Communications & Storytelling Assist the marketing team in developing engaging narratives that showcase the successes and unique stories of individuals who have benefited from our programmes. Manage and create engaging, simple content for our social media platforms and communication channels. 3. Event Media Support & Research Gain experience in photo/videography at various events and programmes to capture key insights for content creation. Research case studies and proactively provide fresh ideas to the Marketing team to incorporate into our daily marketing activities. Empathy and a genuine passion for disability inclusion and social impact. Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in design, marketing, mass communication, or related studies. Proficient with digital tools (Canva, MS Office suite) and social media platforms. Experience in copywriting, communications design, or video editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a strong plus. Self-starters ready to tackle everything from creative brainstorming to essential administrative tasks. Duration: 5 to 6 months, starting around August 2026 (Exact dates open for discussion). Working Hours: Full-time (5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week). Location: Hybrid / On-site. Primarily at our main office, with occasional travel to external venues/event locations during programme days as instructed. Stipend: $1,000 - $1,500 / month
