- Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable , including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, ATS platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies-applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work consistently within EST hours and manage multiple priorities effectively
