About the role

If you have experience as an Insider Threat Investigator and/or in security and public safety, AND you want to play a significant role in a dynamic organization, then consider joining the Division of Defensive Counterintelligence (DDC) team. You qualify at the GS-14 level, if you meet the following qualification requirement: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: Managing investigations and compliance cases involving high-risk or sensitive matters impacting organizational security, research integrity, personnel reliability, or national security interests. Providing interpretations of security regulations, policies, and procedures to organization staff and stakeholders. Documenting and preserving case files from multiple sources and methods (i.e., interviews, digital forensics, intelligence reports, etc.). Coordinating investigative activities with Federal, State, local, and organizational partners on joint or multi-jurisdictional cases involving security threats, foreign influence, personnel misconduct, or supply chain risks. Managing the coordination of personnel, resources, and mission requirements for investigative projects or activities.
