Requirements
- 5+ years in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing
- 2+ years leading a social media team
- Proven results growing social channels for major brands
- Deep knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Mastery of social media algorithms, metrics, and optimization for reach, engagement, and revenue
- Experience with audience and persona research
- Strong project management, time management, and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
