Job Description - To handle the manual raising of certificates for all courses into the system so that there is no delay and we meet the KPI set by client - To manually email to all participants who request for certificates - To handle the raising and capturing of PSEA and Mendaki payments, pending system enhancements - To centralize the submission of the various reports which are currently done manually and cannot be supported by the system - To assist the team in handling the Diploma and Crawler Crane courses - To formalize SOPs based on the format established, after the respective teams have written down their SOPs - To track the compliance of KPIs by the various staff based on the tabulated KPIs extracted from the agreement - Undertake additional tasks as required. - Other ad-hoc projects may be required
