Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Manager to manage the Revenue Accounting team in our O2C Finance . In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of revenue accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and driving process standardization and digitization across the Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Our team is a critical component of the global finance organization, focused on enhancing financial data integrity and driving innovation through a Center of Excellence (CoE) framework. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Revenue Cycle Management : Prepare and post timely and accurate journal entries related to revenue, accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and other Order to Cash (O2C) transactions, including accruals and deferrals, and performing critical balance sheet reconciliations. Drive Strategic Collaboration and Compliance : Collaborate with billing, collections, Sales Operations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to ensure the integrity of revenue and cash flow reporting, and coordinate accurate month-end and quarter-end close processes. Enhance Process and Governance : Drive process standardization, financial data analytics, and automation efforts while ensuring a strong Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control environment, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance, particularly with Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 606 . What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of relevant experience, specifically with Order to Cash (O2C) Processes and full-cycle revenue accounting along with Team handling/management experience. Expertise in revenue recognition under ASC 606 and strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and financial data analytics , with a track record of driving impact through data-driven decision-making. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required, along with proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Looker Studio, and Google Workspace. Category: Finance
